Unfortunately, today we had an accident which required a tow from Baytown to Missouri City. Captain Roy was our driver and went far and beyond the call of duty in assuring our safety and comfort on the long drive home. He made sure we were in the cab and out of danger immediately and he was pleasant and engaged us in conversation which helped to take our minds off the wreck. He helped us entering and exiting the cab to ensure our safety. He tried to make the best of a bad situation. Thank you, Captain Roy!!!! Lily and Larry
